News - Yemen: The Joint Meeting Parties (JMP) condemned the Israeli aggression on Hodeidah port, describing it as a desperate attempt to weaken the will of the Yemeni people and break their steadfastness.

In a statement on Tuesday, the JMP said the latest escalation “is further evidence of the Zionist enemy’s bankruptcy and failure in the face of Yemen’s principled and firm stance against its hegemonic schemes.”

The statement praised the achievements of Yemen’s Air Defenses, which, it said, have successfully disrupted enemy air formations and foiled their aggressive plans. It added that these successes highlight Yemen’s growing defensive capabilities and prove that the Israeli aggression is destined to fail, unable to break the people’s resilience.

The parties affirmed that the attack would not deter Yemenis from carrying out their religious and humanitarian duty to support Gaza and back the Palestinian resistance. They reiterated that true reliance lies with Allah and the free peoples of the region, not with “weak summits,” in reference to the recent Doha Summit.

Earlier on Tuesday, Israeli aggression targeted Hodeidah Port, Yemen’s key commercial and humanitarian hub, striking civilian infrastructure and injuring port workers.
