News - Yemen: Four civilians were injured Thursday morning when Saudi forces opened fire on border areas in Sa'adah province, northern Yemen.

Local sources reported that the victims came under direct Saudi gunfire in the Al-Thabet area of Qataber district, sustaining shrapnel and bullet wounds. They were initially taken to a local clinic for first aid before being transferred to Sa'adah city for further treatment.

The sources noted that Saudi forces have repeatedly targeted travelers and residents in the border districts, in clear violation of humanitarian and international law.

The latest attack adds to a string of violations along the Yemeni-Saudi border, where civilians frequently fall victim to Saudi shelling and gunfire despite ongoing talks on de-escalation.
