News - Yemen: A young girl sustained moderate injuries on Tuesday following an artillery attack carried out by the Saudi enemy army on residential neighborhoods in Shada border district, Sa'adah province, northern Yemen.

According to our correspondent, the Saudi enemy’s shelling targeted populated areas, resulting in the child’s injury. She was transferred to a nearby health center to receive first aid.

Local sources confirmed that the assault comes within the framework of repeated military escalation against the border areas of Sa'adah, where Saudi artillery and airstrikes frequently claim civilian victims, including women and children.

Authorities in the province continue to document these violations, calling on humanitarian and rights organizations to urgently intervene to protect civilians and stop the repeated attacks on border villages.

The Saudi enemy has waged a relentless war on Yemen since 2015, marked by airstrikes, artillery bombardments, and a blockade that has created what the United Nations describes as one of the world’s worst humanitarian crises.

Border districts in Sa'adah remain among the hardest-hit areas, where repeated attacks on homes, markets, and civilian infrastructure continue to cause heavy casualties and deepen the suffering of residents, in clear violation of international law.
