News - Yemen: Yemeni Armed Forces announced early Thursday that their missile force carried out a qualitative military operation using a hypersonic ballistic missile, “Palestin-2,” equipped with multiple split warheads, targeting a sensitive Israeli enemy site in the occupied Jaffa area.

According to the statement, the operation successfully hit its designated targets, causing millions of Israeli settlers to flee to shelters and halting flights at Lod Airport. 

The statement also noted that Yemen's Air Defenses intercepted several Israeli enemy combat formations, forcing some to withdraw and foiling part of yesterday’s aggression on Yemen.

The statement emphasized that the operation represents a victory for the oppressed Palestinian people and their fighters, and is a direct response to the Israeli enemy’s mass extermination crimes in Gaza.

It further called on all companies and ships in the operational area to identify themselves, warning that those who fail to do so will be considered legitimate targets.

The Yemeni Armed Forces reaffirmed that further operations will continue at an escalating pace, defending Yemen and supporting steadfast Palestinians in Gaza. The statement concluded, “We remain fully committed to defending our country and standing with the Palestinian people until the siege is lifted and the aggression ends.”

Earlier reports from Israeli enemy media noted panic among civilians in the occupied areas, with widespread sheltering and disruption to civil aviation following the missile strike. Analysts view the operation as a demonstration of Yemen’s growing precision strike capabilities and its role as a regional front against the Zionist entity.
