News - Yemen: Palestinian experts and political analysts have warned of new conspiracies being plotted against the Palestinian cause, stressing that the ongoing aggression on Gaza is not a limited war or a conventional military operation, but rather a comprehensive scheme designed to destabilize the entire region and reshape the balance of power in favor of the Israeli enemy and the United States.

Imad Abu al-Hassan, a specialist in Zionist affairs, told Al-Masirah from the occupied West Bank that certain Arab regimes, by colliding with the steadfast Palestinian resistance and embracing normalization, are driving the region toward a wider explosion.

He noted that under the guise of peace initiatives and mediation efforts, these regimes are in fact seeking political dominance and paving the way for the Israeli enemy to entrench itself in Gaza.

Abu al-Hassan added that “Trump and Netanyahu are determined to eliminate the resistance by all means, because its survival means the collapse of their joint project.”

Meanwhile, international law professor Omar al-Hamid dismissed the Israeli enemy’s recent threats against Gaza as “ill-intentioned and unconvincing,” pointing out that Prime Minister Netanyahu is facing an unprecedented domestic crisis. He stressed that Gaza could mark the beginning of the end for “this artificial entity,” drawing parallels to the Israeli occupation’s withdrawal from Beirut under resistance strikes.

Al-Hamid likened the current siege on Gaza to the Battle of the Trench faced by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family), asserting that ultimate victory will belong to the believers and the fighters. He underlined that “between the Palestinian resistance and the temporary Zionist entity stands only a rifle that knows no compromise.”

Touching on Trump’s so-called peace plan, al-Hamid said its timing exposes its true objectives, adding that both the Palestinian resistance and the Yemeni Armed Forces are capable of thwarting whatever remains of US-Israeli plots. He praised Yemen’s steadfastness over nine years of aggression as an inspiring example that proves free nations can withstand the fiercest coalitions, affirming that “the Zionist entity is weaker than a spider’s web.”

He further cautioned that Netanyahu and Trump could resort to a reckless adventure against Iran as a means of escaping political and electoral crises, warning that such a move would ignite a regional confrontation beyond anyone’s control.

Al-Hamid concluded by affirming that these threats and schemes “will only make the resistance more steadfast,” stressing that the region is moving into a new phase marked by the decline of hegemonic projects and the rise of the Axis of Resistance — with Yemen and Gaza at its core — as a decisive force shaping the future of the region.

Trump’s latest plan is viewed by Palestinian analysts as a renewed attempt to revive his earlier “deal of the century,” but under harsher conditions shaped by the war on Gaza. The scheme, according to experts, seeks to dismantle Palestinian resistance, impose direct Israeli enemy control in Gaza, and push certain Arab regimes into formal normalization under the guise of peace and reconstruction. 

Observers argue that the timing of the plan — amid unprecedented bloodshed in Gaza and escalating US support for the Zionist entity — reveals its true aim: liquidating the Palestinian cause once and for all. However, the resilience of Gaza’s resistance, coupled with Yemen’s continued military and political support, is seen as a major obstacle to the implementation of this project.
