News - Middle East: The Joint Meeting Parties (JMP) described the Al-Aqsa Flood operation as a decisive turning point in the history of the struggle against the Israeli enemy occupation, marking a strategic shift that has altered the balance of power and shattered decades of Israeli enemy arrogance.

In a statement, the JMP said the operation restored global attention to the Palestinian cause, placing it once again at the forefront of concern for free nations after years of attempts at marginalization, erasure, and normalization.

The JMP affirmed that resistance remains the only viable path to reclaiming rights and deterring ongoing aggression against the Palestinian people.

The statement stressed that the Yemeni people, under Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, remain steadfast in their principled stance alongside the Palestinian people and their heroic resistance until the blockade is lifted, the aggression ceases, and all occupied land and rights are fully restored.

The parties emphasized that the ongoing events in Palestine concern the entire Muslim nation, not only the Palestinian people, asserting that Yemen will continue to stand at the forefront of those confronting the US-Israeli hegemonic project and defending the dignity, identity, and sanctities of the Ummah.

The JMP also warned against the enemy’s schemes to impose domination and subjugation across the region under false slogans and suspicious projects, stressing that confronting such designs is a religious, moral, and humanitarian duty that must not be abandoned.

The Al-Aqsa Flood operation, launched by the Palestinian resistance on 7 October 2023, marked a pivotal moment in the decades-long conflict with the Zionist entity. The large-scale assault shattered long-standing security assumptions in Tel Aviv and triggered an extensive Israeli military campaign on Gaza that has continued for two years, leaving tens of thousands of Palestinians dead and entire neighborhoods in ruins.

The war has since evolved into a wider regional confrontation, as the Axis of Resistance — including forces in Yemen, Lebanon, Iraq, and Iran — intensified coordinated military pressure on the Israeli enemy and its Western backers. Yemen’s missile and drone operations in the Red Sea, Hezbollah’s sustained attacks along the Lebanese border, and resistance activity in Iraq and Syria have all reshaped the strategic landscape in the region.

Amid the ongoing aggression and blockade on Gaza, regional powers have condemned the United States for its direct military and political support of the Zionist entity, which many view as enabling war crimes and collective punishment. The confrontation, now in its second year, continues to redefine alliances and balance of power across the Middle East, positioning the Palestinian cause once again at the center of regional and international discourse.
