News - Yemen: Widespread popular and mobilization activities continued on Tuesday across Sana’a and several provinces to mark the second anniversary of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood. 

The events included marches, combat-style demonstrations, and protest rallies affirming Yemenis’ unwavering support for the Palestinian cause and readiness to confront any escalation by the Zionist entity or its allies.

In Ibb Province, the General Mobilization Department in Al-Zahhar District organized a popular parade of mobilized forces, attended by local and military officials including Deputy Governor Ali Al-Nu’a and Assistant Commander of the Fourth Military Region Major General Hamoud Shathan.

Participants stressed the importance of continuing mobilization programs, maintaining high security vigilance, and standing prepared for any US-Israeli provocations, reaffirming their mandate to the Leader of the Revolution to pursue all deterrent options.

In Sana’a, residents of Al-Khamsin area in New Sana’a District held a march and armed rally attended by local officials. Participants expressed full solidarity with the Palestinian people and renewed their complete authorization to Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi to take all necessary measures in defense of the nation and in support of Palestine.

Meanwhile, in Taiz Province, protests were held across several districts condemning the execution of captive Colonel Issa Al-Afeeri by militias affiliated with the Islah Party.

Attendees, including tribal elders, local leaders, and community figures, denounced the crime and demanded legal action against its perpetrators, holding Islah militias and the Saudi regime responsible for the escalation and the worsening prisoner issue. 

They also urged both local and international bodies to act against ongoing abuses, arbitrary trials, and torture in areas controlled by aggression-backed factions.
Protest statements reaffirmed Taiz’s commitment to continued mobilization and combat readiness, warning the US-Saudi-Emirati coalition’s mercenaries against further conspiracies serving the enemy.

These activities reflect the continued nationwide mobilization movement aimed at strengthening internal unity, sustaining public readiness, and consolidating Yemen’s position within the axis of resistance — in steadfast support of the Palestinian people and against Zionist and American aggression.

Since Operation Al-Aqsa Flood in October 2023, Yemen has taken an active stance against the Zionist entity, carrying out missile, drone, and naval operations in Gaza, the Red Sea, and beyond.

Popular mobilization across Sana’a and the provinces reflects national unity and readiness to confront any aggression, reinforcing Yemen’s role in the axis of resistance and its unwavering support for the Palestinian cause.
