News- Yemen: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has reiterated the steadfast position of Yemen in full support of the Palestinian cause and the resistance confronting the Zionist entity.

In a reply message addressed to the head of Hamas’ Leadership Council, Engineer Mohammed Darwish, Deputy Foreign Minister Abdulwahid Abu Ras reaffirmed that Yemen’s stance stems from religious duty and moral and humanitarian commitment, reflecting the free will of the Yemeni people and their deep bond with Palestine.

Abu Ras congratulated the Palestinian people and their resistance on the victory achieved in Gaza over the Israeli enemy, emphasizing that Yemen has always stood at the forefront of nations defending the Palestinian right.

The message reviewed the military, political, and economic measures taken by Yemen to pressure the Zionist entity to halt its crimes of genocide, siege, and starvation against the people of Gaza.

Abu Ras stressed that Yemen’s position remains unwavering despite direct targeting, war crimes, and crimes against humanity—most recently the aggression on the Prime Minister and members of the government in Sana’a, as well as attacks on journalists and media figures. He also denounced the political and economic pressures exerted to deter Yemen from its firm stance on Palestine.

The Deputy Minister concluded by affirming Yemen’s continued and comprehensive support for the Palestinian people and their resistance until the end of the occupation and the restoration of all legitimate rights, foremost among them the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with al-Quds al-Sharif as its capital.

The message comes amid ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip and tightening regional polarization over the Palestinian issue, as Yemen continues to position itself as one of the most vocal Arab states opposing the Zionist entity’s actions and advocating for full Palestinian sovereignty.
