Continuous Violations and Renewed Strikes
Despite the ceasefire agreement, Israeli enemy forces have continued attacks on eastern Gaza neighborhoods, particularly in Shuja‘iyya and Beit Hanoun.
According to Gaza’s Ministry of Health, Israeli enemy shelling and drone strikes in the past 24 hours destroyed at least 17 homes, leaving nine civilians dead and dozens wounded.
The Palestinian resistance has maintained adherence to the ceasefire but warned against Zionists' provocations. The Al-Qassam Brigades said in a statement that the enemy “seeks to drag the region into another round of aggression by targeting civilians and infrastructure,” affirming that “resistance will not remain idle in the face of ongoing crimes.”
Washington’s Plan for “Gaza Administration”
In parallel with ongoing violations, the United States continues to promote political schemes aimed at placing Gaza under international supervision under the pretext of “stabilization and reconstruction.”
Reuters reported that Washington has drafted a UN Security Council resolution proposing the creation of a two-year “transitional governing authority” backed by an international force. Palestinian factions see the proposal as an attempt to rebrand the occupation and undermine resistance sovereignty.
The draft, still under internal review, reportedly includes clauses for disarmament of the resistance and control of border crossings — conditions flatly rejected by Palestinian movements.
A Hamas official described the proposal as “a betrayal of Palestinian sacrifices and a plan to liquidate the cause under the banner of reconstruction,” while the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine said it represents “a return of occupation through diplomatic means.”
Humanitarian Access Under Siege
Even as the UN calls for a “humanitarian truce,” Israeli enemy authorities have tightened control over aid entry.
According to Haaretz, new Israeli enemy restrictions have forced dozens of international aid organizations to halt operations in Gaza and the West Bank, despite previously granted permits. The report said "Israel" now requires detailed personal data on staff and families, effectively freezing the entry of thousands of tons of food and medical supplies stranded at the Kerem Shalom crossing.
Observers view these measures as part of a systematic policy to collectively punish civilians and politically pressure the international community.
The World Food Programme warned that Gaza is “on the verge of a slow famine,” saying over one million Palestinians have received food aid since the truce began, but current supplies meet less than half of the Strip’s basic needs.
UN data shows that 1.9 million Palestinians remain internally displaced, while more than 58 percent of housing units have been completely or partially destroyed. With winter approaching, fears grow over disease outbreaks in overcrowded shelters lacking clean water and sanitation.
UN humanitarian coordinator Lynn Hastings warned that “Israel’s new restrictions threaten to paralyze humanitarian operations entirely, compounding the suffering left by the war.”
