News - Yemen: The Political Bureau of Ansarullah strongly condemned the ongoing military escalation by the Israeli enemy, denouncing its repeated violations and attacks on Lebanese sovereignty. The bureau reaffirmed Yemen’s full solidarity with Lebanon—its people, army, and Islamic Resistance—and expressed full support for Lebanon’s legitimate right to confront the Israeli enemy’s aggression.

In a statement issued Thursday evening, the bureau criticized the Lebanese government’s inaction, warning that its failure to respond to repeated Israeli enemy attacks has emboldened the occupier to continue breaching Lebanese sovereignty and disregarding its international obligations. The statement emphasized that confronting Israeli aggression is a legitimate right under all religious, moral, and humanitarian principles.

The bureau concluded by calling on the international community and Arab states to demonstrate genuine solidarity with the Lebanese people and provide the necessary support to enable Lebanon to face the challenges posed by the Israeli enemy’s aggression.

The statement comes as the Israeli enemy conducted airstrikes targeting residential buildings in southern Lebanese towns, including Tair Debba, Taybeh, Aita al-Jabal, Zoutr al-Sharqi, and Kfardounin. The attacks represent a new breach of Lebanese sovereignty and a violation of the ceasefire agreement established in November of last year.

The airstrikes caused extensive damage to surrounding buildings and infrastructure, destroyed several homes and commercial facilities, and, according to health sources, resulted in at least one martyr and eight injured across various southern regions of Lebanon.
