Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

I extend my greetings to you all at this Arab National Conference, which plays a vital role in upholding our core principles in the face of the conspiracies and aggression aimed at subjugating our Ummah and stripping it of its legitimate rights. Indeed, this conference convenes at a particularly critical and sensitive time.

Given the magnitude of the dangers and challenges facing our Ummah, what is needed is broad mobilisation at all levels, with elites at the forefront. Elites must take the initiative to rouse the peoples of the Ummah and expand awareness of the far-reaching conspiracies that target everyone without exception. This is especially crucial now as the Zionist enemy openly declares its ambition to 'reshape the Middle East' and to establish 'Greater Israel'.

For two years, the Zionist enemy conducted aggression against Gaza, Lebanon, and other Arab and Islamic countries, laying bare its true, aggressive, and ruinous goals aimed at denying the Ummah its legitimate rights and violating its blood, land, honour, and sanctities. Yet regrettably, some among our Ummah remain heedless and shirk their responsibilities, while others from this very Ummah work to distort public awareness and embrace the enemy's dictates that aim at stripping this Ummah of the very elements of strength that protect it.

In partnership with America, the Israeli enemy seeks to impose a status quo of unchecked aggression, to shift blame onto the victim and onto those who stand for what is right, and to enforce its dictates so as to better achieve its objectives. This is evident in its attempts to disarm the forces that protect Lebanon and to seize the very weapons that for two years impeded its control of Gaza. There are those who collaborate with it and remain indifferent to the terrible consequences the Ummah may suffer because of that—above all, the loss of freedom, independence, and dignity; submission to a no-restraint policy that serves the enemy; and the loss of the Ummah's future. All of that is to the benefit of a criminal, malevolent, tyrannical, and arrogant enemy—one that showed the world the depth of its aggression, crime, brutality, and disregard for all human values in its genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza by every means. These include starvation—which has reached the point of denying infant formula to babies—the targeting of premature and newborn infants in neonatal wards in Gaza hospitals, the deployment of police dogs to tear at the flesh of sick elderly people, the execution of captives by crushing them under tank tracks, and other acts of cold-blooded extermination, including the illegal removal of organs from some of their bodies.

Its aggression, ambitions, and grudges are evident in its hostile actions in Palestine, in Lebanon, and across the region. They are evident in its well-known Zionist scheme and in its declared efforts to establish what it calls 'Greater Israel'.

It is also clear that what can truly benefit the Ummah in confronting its tyranny and ambitions is to utilise every element of strength—not to submit to its dictates designed to weaken them further, thereby enabling it to achieve its objectives with ease.

Some deny the remarkable steadfastness demonstrated by Gaza, Lebanon, and the supporting fronts—steadfastness that forced the enemy to halt its aggression. They also overlook the successful experience and enduring deterrence maintained in Lebanon, thanks to its important golden equation: the army, the people, and the resistance.

For this reason, those aligned with America attempt to drag our peoples into a situation where they are stripped of all elements of strength and made subservient to the Israelis. The Americans and the West, along with all those involved with them in supporting the Israeli enemy, seek to achieve this goal under the banner of 'Changing the Middle East'.

The supporting fronts played a prominent role in this critical two-year period. Foremost among them was Hezbollah, which demonstrated remarkable steadfastness, major contributions, and profound sacrifices. Yemen and its people also played a significant and active role.

The role Yemen played among other fronts in supporting Gaza was evident to all, making a remarkable and significant contribution. Such a contribution was characterised by widespread popular momentum, powerful action, and comprehensive efforts across all fronts:

At the forefront was the military effort:

• Military operations to support Gaza were carried out with 1,830 ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and aerial and sea drones.
• In naval operations, 228 enemy ships were targeted, forcing the Israeli enemy to close the port of Um Al-Rashrash for two years, which resulted in substantial economic losses.
• In confronting the American aggression—which was aimed at backing the Israeli enemy—22 MQ-9 drones were downed, a pivotal move in thwarting the US military plan to target Yemen, as they sought to destroy its capabilities and prevent any further operations.
• We engaged with five aircraft carriers and their accompanying war fleets, forcing the carriers to withdraw from the operational area. The Americans acknowledged the fierceness of the naval confrontations and the effectiveness of Yemeni tactics.
• The American and Israeli airstrikes on Yemen reached nearly 3,000, involving US strategic B-2 bombers, B-52 bombers, and other fighter jets, such as F-35.
• Over two years, hundreds of Yemenis were martyred or injured, including the Prime Minister and his Cabinet colleagues (May Allah have mercy on them). Yemen’s noble sacrifices culminated in the martyrdom of the Chief of the General Staff, Muhammad Abdul Karim Al-Ghumari (May Allah have mercy on him).

Public Activities continued for two years and included the following:

• Weekly million-man marches, with immense and unprecedented momentum in Yemen's history, held tirelessly across hundreds of squares.
• Scholarly conferences for Yemeni scholars.
• Student demonstrations, marches, and rallies across universities and schools in Yemen, marked by great momentum and large turnout.
• Armed tribal gatherings.
• Evenings and symposia, with over half a million events organised.
• Mobilisation efforts that resulted in one million, one hundred and thirteen thousand military trainees.
• Additional activities by the mobilisation, including military manoeuvres, parades, and marches.
• The public activities involved both men and women, and were accompanied by financial donations, despite the difficult circumstances faced by our dear people.

At this stage, we emphasise the importance of all activities that strengthen our commitment to core principles, confront attempts aimed at subduing our people for the enemy’s benefit, and defend the legitimate rights and values of our Ummah. In fact, our enemies are attempting to strip our Arab Ummah of its rights through force, tyranny, extortion, and crime. They are trying to redefine this conflict to deprive Arabs of every right, as if they had no just cause, for they seek to distort the Iranian role in supporting Arabs, falsely presenting this conflict as a dispute between Iran and Israel, one that has nothing to do with Arabs. This is the most absurd claim, ignoring obvious truths: The occupied territories are Arab, and the ones being killed, exterminated, and violated by the Israeli enemy are Arabs; the Iranian role is one of support for the Arabs, standing up for causes that are of concern to the entire Islamic world.

The good results of resilience shown by Gaza and the supporting fronts have become evident, and significant outcomes have been achieved. We are now witnessing a global awakening among many nations, stirred by human conscience. These are the two primary factors that have forced the enemy to announce a cessation of hostilities. However, as is typical, it resorts to circumvention and evasiveness, aiming to return to its aggressive, criminal course. Therefore, it is essential to work to thwart these efforts and seek to maintain and enhance our strength.

May Allah (the Almighty) grant our Ummah relief and victory over this arrogant and unjust enemy.
