News - Yemen: Yemeni and Arab military and security experts affirmed that the recent operation to dismantle a large espionage network linked to American, Zionist, and Saudi intelligence agencies reflects Yemen’s high state of vigilance and readiness to confront hostile plots at every level.

They emphasized that the successful operation represents not only a security achievement but also a strategic message demonstrating Yemen’s growing capability to protect its sovereignty against both internal and external infiltration attempts.

Observers described the exposure of these spy cells as more than a legal or judicial act — it is a strategic victory in safeguarding the state and its people.

Colonel Najeeb Al-‘Ansi, editor-in-chief of the Security Media, said the detained operatives had been recruited through a mix of coercion and financial inducement, despite many of them having stable livelihoods.
He added that most of the targets were civilian — reaching up to 70 percent — revealing the enemy’s intent to terrorize the population and weaken Yemen’s internal stability.

Al-‘Ansi revealed that the network operated under the guise of humanitarian activities, conducting field surveys of civilian and military sites and collecting sensitive economic and strategic data for the Zionist enemy.
