News – Yemen Regional tensions continue to climb as the United States and the Israeli enemy move further away from any credible path toward de-escalation. According to military and strategic assessments, both parties are exploiting the current lull in Gaza to reorganize their priorities and prepare for a new phase of hostile operations—particularly targeting Yemen.

Recent statements and threats issued by Israeli enemy leader Benjamin Netanyahu form part of a broader joint US–Zionist plan aimed at drawing certain Gulf states—chief among them Saudi Arabia and the UAE—into an upcoming escalation. Expanding military and intelligence coordination between these states and the occupation reinforces this trajectory.

Military analyst Zein al-Abideen Othman explains that the recent warnings from the leader of the revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi are directed at any party considering involvement in this US–Zionist scheme. He notes that Saudi Arabia is the primary actor implicated in these warnings, as any participation in a renewed offensive on Yemen would result in failure and severe consequences.

According to Othman, the warning delivers a direct message to Riyadh, which now stands before two strategic choices: recalibrate its position and disengage from operational coordination with Washington and the Israeli enemy, or face the repercussions of entering a full-scale war whose dynamics will go far beyond limited attacks and counterattacks.

He stresses that Saudi involvement would ignite a broad military confrontation, potentially expanding to the Red Sea and severely impacting the kingdom’s national security, trade routes, and energy sector—including major Aramco facilities, which remain among the first targets in any future escalation.

Othman adds that any tactical or strategic hostile act against Yemen would trigger a region-wide war involving Saudi Arabia, the United States, and the Israeli enemy. Such a confrontation would not be confined to Yemeni territory but could extend into occupied Palestine, Saudi lands, and American interests—alongside possible maritime restrictions on their shipping routes in the Red and Arabian seas.

On the military level, he points out that Yemen’s Armed Forces have demonstrated major new capabilities during operations in support of Gaza—including advanced drones and modern ballistic systems, among them hypersonic missiles capable of maneuvering, carrying large warheads, and striking targets up to 2,000 km away while bypassing advanced air defenses.

He emphasizes that if Saudi Arabia enters a confrontation, Yemeni forces possess the ability to deliver decisive strikes on key Aramco installations and US bases deep inside the kingdom.

Othman concludes that Saudi Arabia has no viable option but to distance itself from the United States and the Israeli enemy. Failing to do so would drag the kingdom into a military disaster with losses far greater than those it suffered over nine years of war on Yemen.

The current Gaza lull is being used by the US and the Israeli enemy to prepare for new regional operations—including against Yemen—while military coordination between Washington, the Zionist entity, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE continues to intensify.
