{'Indeed, those who deny the Reminder after it has come to them [are doomed], for it is truly a mighty Book. It cannot be proven false from any angle. [It is] a revelation from the [One Who is] All-Wise, Praiseworthy'}[Fussilat 41:41-42]. This is the word of truth from Almighty Allah.

The media outlets have reported a new American offence against the Holy Quran—the Glorious Book of Allah, His blessed light, and the enduring legacy of the prophets and divine scriptures, which is preserved for all mankind.

The crime was committed by an American criminal running for office, who turned his abhorrent act into a form of election propaganda. This grave offence against the most sacred of religious sanctities on the earth takes place within the framework of the ongoing Jewish Zionist war, in which America, Britain, and the Zionist enemy—along with those aligning with them in both the East and the West (who align themselves with Satan)—have mobilised. They seek to mislead, corrupt, and enslave human societies; they violate sacred sanctities; and they perpetrate the most heinous crimes, thereby entrenching their dominance and advancing their aims of plunder, looting, and occupation: {'Indeed, those who disbelieve from the People of the Book and the polytheists will be in the Fire of Jahannam, to stay there forever. They are the worst of [all] beings'}[Al-Bayyinah 98:6].

The malevolence of the Zionist Jews and their followers exposes the darkness within them, while the Holy Quran protects those who are rightly guided by it and adhere to it from their misguidance and corruption. It has the power to rescue human society from their tyranny and enslavement, and it stands as an impregnable fortress for those seeking salvation from the greatest loss in this world and the Hereafter.

The continuing offences and the soft and hard warfare waged by Zionism in all its forms and through its satanic arms—the American, British, and Israeli—constitute explicit hostility towards Islam and Muslims. Their aim is to undermine the standing of the Holy Quran in the hearts of Muslims and to distance them from it. This also expresses the deep-seated Zionist Jewish hatred and hostility towards Islam and Muslims. The criminal acts and tyranny they have perpetrated—and continue to perpetrate—in Palestine against the Palestinian people and the sacred sites bear clear witness to this, with American and British partnership and Western support plainly evident.

For this reason, all Muslims—governments and peoples, masses and elites alike—bear a religious and humanitarian responsibility to confront the tyranny of the dark, arrogant, unjust, corrupting, and misleading Zionist forces of evil. These forces constitute an open enemy that, with extreme criminality and brutality, seeks to impose a reality in which blood, honour, land, sacred sites, and inviolable sanctities are violated against our Islamic Ummah. They benefit from the deliberate passivity of those who remain inactive and from the allegiance of hypocrites who assist the enemy against our Ummah in many ways.  Foremost among these are the adoption of its false propaganda, attempts to blame and discredit every sincere stance taken against Zionist Jewish barbaric tyranny, and efforts to discourage the Ummah from any serious and practical action that would hinder the enemy and confront its tyranny.

The Zionist enemy continues its aggression against Lebanon, its violation in Syria, and its conspiracies against the entire region, including Yemen. Indeed, the actions carried out by its regional instruments fall within the same context. The enemies' proclaimed banner of 'Reshaping the Middle East' targets our Islamic Ummah in its religion, worldly affairs, freedom, dignity, identity, and independence, enabling the Israeli enemy to control all its affairs, thereby achieving its catastrophic and aggressive objectives against this Ummah.

The full extent of the Zionist enemy's aggression, criminality, malice, malevolence, and savagery has been made unmistakably clear to the entire world over the course of two years. It continues, even now, to carry out its criminal practices with meticulous detail on a daily basis in Palestine, while violating the sanctity of the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Despite all this, the hypocrites among the client regimes and the mouthpieces of Zionism feel no shame in openly adopting its slogans and propaganda, working brazenly to implement its conspiracies, persistently striving to divert the Ummah's attention away from its actions, and seeking to redirect the compass of hostility in its favour, along with many other services they continue to provide.

Indeed, the Jews and their three Zionist arms (America, Britain, and Israel), together with their followers in the infidel West, pursue their hostility towards Islam and the Muslims with the utmost brazenness, malevolence, hatred, and criminality. This is clearly reflected in their conduct, including the American infidel's abuse of the Quran—an act openly staged for the media and exploited for electioneering. Meeting the insults, assaults, and comprehensive war waged against Islam and the Muslims by misguided infidel enemies with silence and failing to adopt even the most minimal stance constitute a grave dereliction. This condition reveals a state of profound bankruptcy in awareness, insight, faith-based spirit, values, and morals, as well as a severe weakening of Islamic belonging among the Ummah's majority. This is among the greatest outcomes the enemies seek from this Ummah: that it should sink to the lowest depths by forsaking the very foundations that preserve its identity and severing the bonds that connect it to Allah.

The two-billion-Muslim Ummah could do a great deal if it possessed the will to exert pressure on its enemies. Nonetheless, it has taken no action—neither politically, economically, in the media, nor at any level whatsoever. The condition of most peoples and their elites is no different from that of the regimes. This is an extremely dangerous state for the Ummah. It invites the anger and wrath of Allah and divine retribution, unless the Ummah awakens, returns to Allah, and rises to fulfil its great sacred responsibilities. The peoples, however, are able to act across many areas and through a wide range of activities to strengthen their connection to the Holy Quran: launching awareness campaigns directed at the enemies, expanding the boycott of American and Israeli goods, engaging in intensive media action that expresses the Ummah's anger and stance towards its enemies, and organising protests, demonstrations, and other available forms of activities. Indeed, silence and the absence of any stance reveal a terrifying level of decline in the reality of the Ummah—both in its relationship with its most sacred sanctities and with the Holy Quran, which Allah has honoured it with.

I call upon our dear people to declare their position in response to these insults through broad mobilisation, starting with universities and schools, as well as a range of activities spearheaded by those of Islamic religious scholars, culminating in major demonstrations next Friday, Allah willing. This mobilisation is intended to form part of a stance that expresses the faith-based identity of our dear people—Yemen, the land of faith, wisdom, and jihad—in opposition to the American and Zionist positions that insult the Holy Quran. It affirms our people's steadfastness in their faith-based, jihad-oriented path in confronting American–Israeli tyranny that targets our Islamic Ummah. In addition, it reasserts our faith-based support for the oppressed Palestinian people and declares our people's readiness to confront any conspiracies directed against them by the disbelievers and the hypocrites. It also entails the continuation of all activities within the framework of general mobilisation, together with sustained efforts to achieve full readiness for the next round of confrontation with the enemies of Islam and the Muslims.

Allah is sufficient for us; He is the finest Guardian. And Allah is sufficient as a Guardian, and He is sufficient as a Helper.
