Two Civilians Injured by Saudi Enemy Fire, Border Area Shelled in Sa’adah

News - Yemen: Two civilians were injured on Thursday, one of them critically, by fire from the Saudi enemy in Sa’adah Governorate, hours after a border area came under artillery and machine-gun fire.

Al-Masirah’s correspondent in Sa’adah reported that the two civilians were wounded opposite the Al al-Sheikh area in the border district of Munabbih.

The correspondent added that the Saudi enemy also carried out a new attack, shelling the Al Thabit area in the border district of Qatabir with artillery and machine guns.

On Wednesday, an African migrant was injured by Saudi enemy fire opposite the Al al-Sheikh area in Munabbih District.

Border districts in Sa’adah have repeatedly been subjected to shelling and gunfire by the Saudi enemy, resulting in civilian casualties and damage to property. These attacks form part of ongoing violations against residents of Yemen’s northern border areas, amid continued international silence and the absence of accountability for crimes committed against civilians.
