News - Yemen: The Chief of the General Staff of the Yemeni Armed Forces, Major General Yousef Hassan Al‑Madani, affirmed that the banner of resistance will never fall as long as there is a living pulse in the Ummah, stressing that the path paved by the martyrs with their pure blood will remain a guiding beacon for all those pursuing liberation among the nation’s sons and the free people of the world.

In a cable of condolences addressed to Hamas and the Palestinian people over the martyrdom of a number of leaders of the Al‑Qassam Brigades, Al‑Madani stated that the great Palestinian people—hardened by trials and refined like pure gold—have produced this distinguished group of leaders and are capable of producing many more like them.

He emphasized that the Yemeni Armed Forces, both leadership and soldiers, will continue to stand as a steadfast support for the brotherly Palestinian people and their valiant resistance, declaring: “We stand with you in every option you choose and in every arena you enter, until Allah grants clear victory, full independence is achieved, and the last Zionist soldier who defiled the pure soil of Palestine is expelled.”

Al‑Madani said the Yemeni Armed Forces received, with deep sorrow and steadfast resolve, the news of the martyrdom of a group of prominent leaders of the Ummah, naming: Mohammed Sinwar, Chief of Staff of the Al‑Qassam Brigades; Mohammed Shabana, Commander of the Rafah Brigade; Hakam Al‑Eissa, Head of Weapons and Combat Services; Raed Saad, Head of Military Manufacturing; and Hudhaifa Al‑Kahlout (Abu Ubaida), spokesperson of the Al‑Qassam Brigades, noting that they lived lives marked by confronting tyrants and resisting criminals across all battlefields.

He added that while sharing the Al‑Qassam Brigades and the steadfast Palestinian people in this profound loss, Yemen considers the wound to be shared, affirming that the leaders’ heroic stances humiliated the arrogance of the Zionist entity, shattered its tyranny, and etched the highest images of sacrifice and dedication.

Al‑Madani further stressed that the Zionist enemy, despite its aggression and brutality, is inevitably heading toward demise, asserting that its resort to despicable assassinations during truces and ceasefires is clear proof of its treachery and inability to prevail in direct confrontation, having failed against the legendary steadfastness of the resistance.

The martyrdom of senior Al‑Qassam Brigades leaders comes amid intensified Israeli aggression in Gaza, marked by assassinations and attacks on resistance and civilians. Yemen’s Armed Forces reaffirm their support for the Palestinian people and resistance, framing it as a moral and strategic duty to confront the Zionist entity and defend Arab and Islamic unity.
